By accessing HarborMetric software, documentation, or related events hosted under the deimma.digital domain, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately and contact HarborMetric so access credentials can be retired in an orderly manner.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to HarborMetric services, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. HarborMetric may seek interim relief in other jurisdictions solely to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

HarborMetric retains all rights, title, and interest in its software, visual assets, documentation, and trademarks. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during an active subscription. You may not reverse engineer production services except where expressly permitted by mandatory law. Feedback you provide may be incorporated into product roadmaps without obligation of compensation beyond what is separately agreed in writing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, for safeguarding credentials, and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable privacy and employment regulations. You must not misuse event registration systems, harass staff or other attendees, or attempt to probe systems beyond authorized security testing windows. HarborMetric may suspend access for material breaches after reasonable notice when practicable.

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, HarborMetric’s aggregate liability arising from these terms shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific module giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the incident. HarborMetric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, except where such exclusion is void. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.
