Portfolio Analytics
Atlas Stack — Portfolio-wide occupancy signals
Unifies lease milestones and space-use telemetry so operators see drift before it shows up in weekly reports.
Atlas Stack stitches building-level occupancy narratives with regional benchmarks. Built for teams that steward large commercial footprints, it replaces disconnected spreadsheets with a single operational layer. Scenario tags follow each asset through renewal cycles without leaning on speculative language—only what your sensors and lease abstracts already support.

FAQ
Which data sources are supported on day one?
CSV, XLSX, and the most common IWMS extracts. Custom connectors are scoped separately and require a short discovery sprint.
Is live sensor data mandatory?
No. Many clients begin with lease and badge exports. Sensors deepen the story but are not required to unlock baseline dashboards.
What is intentionally out of scope?
We do not score speculative development pipelines or automate acquisition decisions. The module is observational, not prescriptive.
Experience notes
The drift cards finally match how our field teams talk about floors—specific floors, not abstract percentages.
