Refund & Cancellation

1. Eligibility for refunds
Software subscriptions may be cancelled according to the tier you purchased. Refunds apply to prepaid amounts for unused whole months when cancellation occurs within fourteen days of initial purchase and before substantive use beyond sandbox environments. Event tickets follow the separate cancellation table published on the registration page for each city.
2. Timeframes
HarborMetric processes approved refunds within fourteen business days using the original payment method where technically possible. Bank timelines may add additional clearing days. Requests received after the cooling-off window are reviewed on a good-faith basis but are not guaranteed except where required by consumer protection statutes.
3. How to request cancellation
Send a written request to [email protected] with your account identifier, purchase date, and reason for cancellation. HarborMetric may ask clarifying questions to route the request to finance and customer success. Verbal requests alone are not accepted for audit reasons.
4. Process steps
Upon receipt, HarborMetric confirms eligibility, disables auto-renewal, and issues a credit memo when applicable. Partial refunds for mid-cycle downgrades are calculated pro-rata based on unused days after any minimum commitment. Workshop deposits may be non-refundable within seven days of the event unless a substitute attendee is confirmed.
5. Scope of this policy
This policy covers direct purchases from HarborMetric. Reseller or marketplace purchases follow the partner’s policy first. Custom professional services hours that have already been delivered are outside the refund scope but may be credited toward future engagements when both parties agree in writing.
