1. Retention of personal data
HarborMetric retains contact details, billing references, and support correspondence for as long as your account remains active and for a defined cooling-off period afterward to satisfy quality standards and dispute handling. Telemetry tied to product usage is aggregated where possible. You may request deletion of personal data subject to legal exceptions, such as accounting records that must be preserved under Korean commercial law.
2. How we use information
We use personal data to deliver services, communicate about events, improve reliability, and comply with lawful requests from external reviewers. Analytics cookies, when allowed, help us understand navigation patterns in aggregate. We do not sell personal data. Automated decision-making is not used to produce legal effects concerning individuals without human oversight.
3. Processors and subprocessors
Infrastructure and messaging vendors process limited personal data under written agreements that require appropriate technical and organizational measures. A current list of categories of processors is available on request. HarborMetric remains responsible for selecting vendors that meet HarborMetric security baselines and for conducting periodic reviews.
4. Contacting the data controller
Questions about this Privacy Statement may be directed to [email protected]. Written inquiries may also be mailed to the registered office listed on the Contact page. HarborMetric will acknowledge verifiable requests within a reasonable period consistent with Korean Personal Information Protection Act expectations.
5. Your rights
Depending on your relationship with HarborMetric, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing activities. You may lodge a complaint with the competent Korean supervisory authority if you believe processing infringes applicable law. HarborMetric will verify identity before fulfilling requests to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
