Keynote timelines are not marketing fiction. For 2026 we co-authored the opening arc with two partner research shops, alternating dry runs in Seoul and remotely from Singapore.

Each segment maps to a product principle: evidence before rhetoric, operational specificity before abstraction, and explicit acknowledgment of unknowns.

We cut two segments that tested well in isolation but felt rushed when stitched together. Attendees will see a tighter narrative with more breathing room.
